Designed with precision and durability in mind, our fully welded roof flat pack container houses showcase state-of-the-art welding processes utilizing shipping container roofs in 1.2mm, 1.5mm, and 1.8mm thickness options. The entire roof thickness is 140mm, ideal for extremely cold and harsh environments. Unlike ordinary factory products, our container houses provide unmatched service life and comfort, providing a reliable and long-lasting business solution.
Our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility is one of the key factors contributing to the exceptional quality of our container homes. Our factory has fully automatic machinery and large-scale spraying equipment to ensure excellent production and product quality. Using automatic welding equipment to achieve precision welding while ensuring high-temperature resistance and low-temperature resistance can effectively prevent water leakage. This commitment to excellence sets our container homes apart from the competition. The bottom frame structure is built with a 3mm thick section of steel, which provides a strong foundation for the whole structure. Flooring options include fiber cement, waterproof and fireproof materials, and alternatives to MGO. For added comfort and aesthetics, we offer a 2.0mm PVC floor finish.
The roof of our container house has a frame structure made of 3mm thick section steel, which provides strong protection against external elements. The outer shell is made of a 0.45mm steel plate for durability. Our container houses are insulated with 100mm glass wool for excellent thermal insulation. The ceiling consists of 0.5mm steel plate sub-tiles, which add an elegant touch to the overall design.
Safety and security are paramount in our container homes. Corner posts are fabricated from 5.0mm cold rolled steel sections, galvanized, and welded for structural integrity. The wall panels are designed in sandwich panels with 75 mm rock wool insulation for optimum thermal and acoustic insulation. To ensure plenty of natural light and ventilation, we used sliding UPVC profile windows with double glazing, measuring 800 mm and 1100 mm. Steel doors measuring 840 mm and 2035 mm provide strong security while maintaining the aesthetics of our container homes.
We adopt automatic galvanizing and baking paint spray-forming technology to guarantee the perfect surface treatment. This process enhances the visual appeal of our container home and protects it from corrosion and exterior elements. With an external size of 6058(L) x 2438(W) x 2896(H), our container house provides ample space for various business needs, ensuring a comfortable and functional environment.
